“Yes, Odysseus. The Sirens are magical creatures who assume alluring forms to lure sailors to their deaths. They know what you most desire and will turn those desires against you. They can shapeshift, often appearing as beautiful maidens but sometimes taking a bird-like form which allows them to soar above their island. Their music is so enchanting that listeners will dive from their ships to hear their voices for just a bit longer.”
